It’s easy to get swept up in the romance of Oulton Hall. With its grand interiors, sweeping staircases and photogenic grounds, the scene is perfectly set for a magnificent wedding.

This magnificent four-star hotel on the outskirts of Leeds is setup for you to hold your entire celebration. From the civil ceremony to the wedding breakfast to the evening reception.

Choose from three unique spaces for your big day. The elegant Repton Room is ideal for intimate celebrations, while the Upper Claret Jug has a spectacular view of the golf course and can hold up to 100 guests.

For large weddings for up to 220 people, the impressive Oulton Suite ticks all the boxes, boasting a private bar and dancefloor to party the night away.

The venue also offers some amazing outdoor spaces making for the perfect backdrop in front of the Great Hall for some beautiful wedding imagery.

On Sunday 24th January 2027, you are invited to see it all in person as this stunning West Yorkshire hotel provides a breathtaking setting for The Elite Collection.

There is no charge to come to the event which feature some of Yorkshire’s finest wedding suppliers who will be showcasing examples of their services too.

Join us for our free wedding fayre on Sunday 31st January 2027, featuring around 30 top wedding suppliers who are eager to help bring your vision to life.

Embark on an unforgettable wedding journey with confidence, guided by experienced coordinators dedicated to ensuring that each moment is crafted to perfection. At Rushpool Hall, exclusivity is paramount, offering a tailored and devoted service designed to meet unique needs.

Celebrate in the magnificent Ballroom, accommodating up to 110 guests for meals and speeches, or host evening festivities in ‘The Nightclub,’ with space for up to 200 guests. Choose between two stunning ceremony options: the grand Ballroom or the intimate Peacock Room, with indoor and outdoor ceremony availability to cater to all British weather.

After the celebration, retreat to elegant bedrooms, each boasting en-suite facilities and stunning views of lush gardens and the sea. The luxurious Honeymoon Suite provides a perfect getaway, while guests can enjoy their stay in charming accommodations, complete with breakfast the following morning.

This Big West Yorkshire wedding event is scheduled to start at 11am featuring around 70 exhibitors and two top catwalk shows.

The UK Wedding Event returns to York Racecourse on Sunday 14th March 2027 for another amazing large show at this fabulous venue.

Over 1000 visitors joined us at our last event here in October and another bumper turnout is expected this time too.

York Racecourse as a venue needs no introduction, offering ample free parking on site and the ability to house more than a 100 top class exhibitors to help you plan your wedding.

Book in advance for fast track admission and to save money on the best time slots available for this unmissable one day event.

If you opt to wait until the day, all tickets ordered in person will be priced up to £7 each.

Please also note that you can stay at the event for as long as you want to. The ticket time slots are just a window for your arrival.

As ever, our big York Racecourse wedding event will feature two amazing catwalk shows as well as live music and entertainment.
