The UK Wedding Event experience returns to The Sun Pavilion on Sunday 26th April 2026 for another intimate wedding fayre at a truly picturesque location.

Situated in the heart of Harrogate’s historic Grade II listed Valley Gardens is the beautiful Sun Pavilion, one of the town’s most unique wedding settings.

Step inside this beautiful venue and get some inspiration for your big day from some of the best wedding suppliers in the region.

Admission is free on the day from 11am but everyone will be asked to pre-book tickets for the event if at all possible to assist with our planning.

The Big York Racecourse Wedding Show

The UK Wedding Event is heading to Doncaster Racecourse for an unmissable one-day wedding show on Sunday 10th May 2026.

Over 60 top wedding suppliers will be in attendance helping engaged couples plan their special day.

Book in advance for fast track admission and to save money on the best time slots available for this much talked about event.

If you opt to wait until the day, all tickets ordered in person will be priced up to £7 each.

Please also note that you can stay at the event for as long as you want to. The ticket time slots are just a window for your arrival.

As ever, at our large scale events, the day will feature two amazing catwalk shows, live music and entertainment.

It’s easy to get swept up in the romance of Oulton Hall. With its grand interiors, sweeping staircases and photogenic grounds, the scene is perfectly set for a magnificent wedding.

This magnificent four-star hotel on the outskirts of Leeds is setup for you to hold your entire celebration. From the civil ceremony to the wedding breakfast to the evening reception.

Choose from three unique spaces for your big day. The elegant Repton Room is ideal for intimate celebrations, while the Upper Claret Jug has a spectacular view of the golf course and can hold up to 100 guests.

For large weddings for up to 220 people, the impressive Oulton Suite ticks all the boxes, boasting a private bar and dancefloor to party the night away.

The venue also offers some amazing outdoor spaces making for the perfect backdrop in front of the Great Hall for some beautiful wedding imagery.

On Sunday 17th May 2026, you are invited to see it all in person as this stunning West Yorkshire hotel provides a breathtaking setting for The Elite Collection.

Embark on an unforgettable wedding journey with confidence, guided by experienced coordinators dedicated to ensuring that each moment is crafted to perfection. At Rushpool Hall, exclusivity is paramount, offering a tailored and devoted service designed to meet unique needs.

Celebrate in the magnificent Ballroom, accommodating up to 110 guests for meals and speeches, or host evening festivities in ‘The Nightclub,’ with space for up to 200 guests. Get Ready for a Love Match at Sheffield Wednesday

The UK Wedding Event is returning to Sheffield Wednesday’s Hillsborough Stadium on Sunday 7th June 2026 for a fifth straight year building on the back of our best ever show at the venue in 2025.

This huge South Yorkshire wedding exhibition is scheduled to start at 11am featuring around 55 exhibitors and two top catwalk shows.
