www.theukweddingevent.co.uk provides the facility to send order tickets, send an enquiry or to book to exhibit at one of our wedding fayres.

Payments/Refund Policy

All customers who book to attend any of our events will receive their e-tickets via email on the completion of the checkout process.

No refunds are offered for any tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event date.

Full reimbursement will be offered for any tickets purchased before this time.

All stall holders who reserve a stand for our events must pay a non-refundable 30% deposit within seven days of booking to attend a show.

Any stall holders who wish to cancel their booking must do so four weeks prior to the event in order to receive a refund excluding the non-refundable 30% deposit.

If you require a refund for a paid event or wish to cancel your order before the show, please email sales@theukweddingevent.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

All products and prices are clearly stated on our website.

We do not store customer credit card details.
