Hello! I am Julia, a lively, enthusiastic, and empathetic Celebrant. I love people and particularly love working alongside them at the key celebration moments in their lives. I am a passionate and talented wordsmith and enjoy weaving tales into ceremonies that envelop and relate your own personal story. Through creative use of rituals, readings, and your special anecdotes, I lead highly personalised ceremonies in a style that suits you and your family, all sprinkled with a suitable sparkle of stardust!
A wedding celebrates your love and I create unique ways of sharing that with your family, friends and loved ones. I have successfully incorporated handfasting, cocktail creation, unity candles and jumping the broom rituals to suit different couples and represent their own wishes and preferences. I start each ceremony with a clean sheet so am open to all suggestions!
I am based in Barnsley and cover areas across South and West Yorkshire, even further afield by prior arrangement. I write and conduct beautiful bespoke ceremonies for all your important moments and significant occasions in life including Weddings and Vow Renewals. These are written just for you to fit your own requirements and will be special and unique for you.

For couples, I offer and am interested in creating and delivering Wedding Ceremonies, Renewal of Vow Ceremonies, Commitment Ceremonies, Civil Partnership Ceremonies and more. Each ceremony is written to reflect a couple’s unique story, their personalities and their interests; and the ceremony will be delivered confidently, respectfully and with the perfect tone to meet the occasion.
For families, I offer individually designed Naming Ceremonies for babies or children, to mark the arrival of your new addition to your family. Ceremonies can be for your new baby or can celebrate commitment and support for several children in a family, creating a sense of family unity and belonging.
Curating and officiating Unique, one-of-a-kind wedding ceremonies-your dream wedding ceremony! Based in Leeds/Bradford and will travel to Yorkshire and beyond. Privileged to tell your love story.
