  • The awards evening officially begins at 6:15pm with welcome drinks.
    • Guests should be seated by 7:00 pm as we kick off the night's live entertainment.
    • Two prizes, including The Suppliers’ Choice Award, will be presented before 7:30pm.
    • A three-course meal will be served at this time, accompanied by live music from Steven Heath.
    • The main awards ceremony will commence around 9:15pm, with 24 category winners to be announced.
    • The evening will conclude around 10:30pm, with the bar and dance floor open until 1:00am.

Guests will be entertained throughout the evening with magic, live music, and photobooth fun to look out for.

The Queens Hotel in Leeds is conveniently located just off major motorway networks, making it easily accessible by car.

Important – local road diversions are currently in place.

Please be aware of ongoing roadworks and significant diversions in Leeds City Centre, and make sure you plan your journey accordingly and allow extra time.

The nearest car parks are LS1 4HT (NCP Short or Long Stay at Leeds Rail Station) and LS1 4AG (Q-Park Sovereign Square).
