Weddings @ DoubleTree by Hilton York The UK Wedding Event experience returns to DoubleTree by Hilton in York on Sunday 14th May 2023 after two fabulous shows there last year.

Around 25 top wedding suppliers will be in attendance to help you plan your special day.

All visitors will be greeted by a drinks reception and a free gift bag will be given to the bride.

DoubleTree by Hilton is a wonderful city centre setting, able to cater for both intimate family affairs and large weddings.

The venue’s Dales Suite is licensed for ceremonies and every package they offer includes pillars and candles to create a magnificent aisle for you to walk down.

Feel free to arrange a consultation with their hotel’s wedding co-coordinator, who will be only to happy to show your around the facilities on offer when you attend our wedding fayre.

The UK Wedding Event experience returns to Hilton York Hotel on Sunday 19th February 2023 for another wedding fayre at this popular York city centre location.

Not only will couples be able to see first hand a truly wonderful venue, they will also get the chance to explore the services of over 25 diverse wedding suppliers.

A sparkling reception will kick-off the day for all visitors when doors open from 11am ahead of a 2pm finish.

Admission is free, but brides are encouraged to pre-book for tickets as you will automatically be entered into our prize draw.

Set in the heart of the charming historic city of York, this contemporary venue could be the perfect setting for your special day, catering for between 10 and 200 guests in its versatile space.

The hotel’s City of York Suite has a private conservatory bar area with an adjoining terrace outside which is ideal for a drinks and canapé reception. The bar offers a bright and airy setting for guests to relax and socialise.

North Yorkshire’s Biggest Wedding Show

The UK Wedding Event returns to York Racecourse on Sunday 19th March for our first big show of 2023 at this amazing venue.

The Big York Racecourse Wedding Show

Over 1300 visitors joined us at our last event here in October and another bumper turnout is expected this time too.

York Racecourse as a venue needs no introduction, offering ample free parking on site and the ability to house more than a 100 top class exhibitors to help you plan your wedding.

Book in advance for fast track admission and to save money on the best time slots available for this unmissable one day event.

If you opt to wait until the day, all tickets ordered in person will be priced up to £7 each.

Please also note that you can stay at the event for as long as you want to. The ticket time slots are just a window for your arrival.

As ever our big York Racecourse wedding event will feature two amazing catwalk shows created by the hugely talented Kris Wright and his Kulture Projects team as well as live music and entertainment.

Delta Hotels by Marriott | York If you are engaged to be married, then Delta Hotels by Marriott is the place to be on Sunday 17th September 2023 as the venue provides the setting for one of York’s most popular free wedding fayres.

Over 30 top wedding suppliers will be in attendance to help you plan your special day.

The event starts at 11.30am with visitors invited to chat to all of our vendors and the hotel’s staff until 2.30pm.

The hotel, formerly known as York Marriott, is a beautiful setting for both Civil Ceremonies and Wedding Receptions with landscaped gardens overlooking York Racecourse providing a magnificent backdrop for your photographs.

If you are only just beginning your wedding planning and have never been to a wedding fayre, then this show would definitely be a good place to start.

It’s a common misconception, that visitors to the event must want to get married at the venue in order to attend, but that simply isn’t the case at all.

Everyone of our suppliers exhibiting at York Marriott will be only to happy to part of your big day wherever you are tieing the knot.

Admission to the show is free of charge but we do encourage all visitors to pre-book e-tickets to facilitate a quicker entry.

It is no longer a legal requirement to wear face masks in public, but you are welcome to use them for your own safety and protection.
