The UK Wedding Event usually hosts two wedding fayres a year in the tranquil surroundings of Burn Hall Hotel on the outskirts of York.
Our shows at this beautiful venue are always very well attended, with all visitors admitted for free throughout the duration running from 11am – 3.30pm.
Stand charges to suppliers are also capped at very reasonable levels particularly in light of Burn Hall’s popularity and the substantial marketing investment we make in promoting each and every event.
Burn Hall Hotel has ample space for over 25 top wedding exhibitors as well as boasting some breathtaking grounds and facilities for couples to take in and consider for their wedding day.
During our wedding fayres, brides and grooms can not only see what the hotel can offer, you can also meet the wedding planner to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Couples are encouraged to pre-book their free tickets for fast track admission and entry into our prize draws.
A sparkling reception including canopies sets the tone for a great day, with all brides-to-be receiving a free Tote gift bag and copies of some of the latest wedding magazines.

The exhibitors will all be spaced apart, while visitors are being asked to follow a one-way system which will include some suppliers being situated outside that you would normally find in stand inside to ensure the event is complying with social distancing regulations.

If you are part of an engaged couple or have friends and family getting married, you are most welcome to join us at our wedding fayres at Burn Hall Hotel on the outskirts of York.
Admission is free on the day of the event, but all visitors are encouraged to pre-book tickets for fast track admission and also for automatic inclusion in our prize draws.
Every possible step in taking planning our shows to create a diverse line-up to give brides and grooms plenty of choice, while the venue's wedding co-coordinator will be hand to discuss availability and price if you are interested in having your big day at Burn Hall.
Set in the heart of North Yorkshire, The Burn Hall York Hotel has an outstanding reputation for customer service. When visiting the hotel you will receive a very warm Yorkshire welcome and will be looked after by a professional and friendly team to ensure that your expectations are exceeded at all times.
The hotel is an ideal place to celebrate important events such as weddings, engagements, civil ceremonies, wedding anniversaries, special birthdays, christenings, baby showers and other celebratory parties and events, with 94 bedrooms and two bridal suites.
With a number of different sized function and events rooms, Burn Hall York can cater for intimate gatherings of friends and family or larger events of up to 200 guests. The Minster Suite is able to accommodate parties and receptions of up to 200 in a variety of different layouts and includes a dance floor area.
Alternatively the Mulberry Suite can accommodate 60 guests either long tables or round tables and is suitable for receptions and dinner parties of up to 40, while the Garden Room is perfect for more intimate parties of around 25 and can be set for a buffet or dining room.
