This magnificent four-star hotel on the outskirts of Leeds is setup for you to hold your entire celebration. From the civil ceremony to the wedding breakfast to the evening reception.

Choose from three unique spaces for your big day. The elegant Repton Room is ideal for intimate celebrations, while the Upper Claret Jug has a spectacular view of the golf course and can hold up to 100 guests.

For large weddings for up to 220 people, the impressive Oulton Suite ticks all the boxes, boasting a private bar and dancefloor to party the night away.

The venue also offers some amazing outdoor spaces making for the perfect backdrop in front of the Great Hall for some beautiful wedding imagery.

On Sunday 26th October 2026, engaged couples can see this wonderful venue for themselves as well as over 30 top wedding suppliers at a free wedding fayre organised by The UK Wedding Event.

Upon arrival at the show, every guest will be cordially welcomed with a glittering drinks reception brimming with excitement.

We aim to create an enlightening and memorable day for all attendees, offering them a glimpse into what their perfect wedding celebration could look like at the Bridge.

The hotel, which used to be called Principal York, offers stunning Victorian architecture, three acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, and views out to the York Minster.

Over 1000 visitors joined us at our last event here in October and another bumper turnout is expected this time too.

York Racecourse as a venue needs no introduction, offering ample free parking on site and the ability to house more than a 100 top class exhibitors to help you plan your wedding.

Book in advance for fast track admission and to save money on the best time slots available for this unmissable one day event.

If you opt to wait until the day, all tickets ordered in person will be priced up to £7 each.

Please also note that you can stay at the event for as long as you want to. The ticket time slots are just a window for your arrival.

As ever, our big York Racecourse wedding event will feature two amazing catwalk shows as well as live music and entertainment.
