Upon arrival at the show, every guest will be cordially welcomed with a glittering drinks reception brimming with excitement.

The Wedding Fayre will get underway at 11am ahead of a 2pm finish.
The UK Wedding Event returns to York Racecourse on Sunday 9th March 2025 for another amazing large show at this amazing venue.
Over 1200 visitors joined us at our last event here in October and another bumper turnout is expected this time too.
York Racecourse as a venue needs no introduction, offering ample free parking on site and the ability to house more than a 100 top class exhibitors to help you plan your wedding.
Book in advance for fast track admission and to save money on the best time slots available for this unmissable one day event.

The UK Wedding Event celebrates ten years of business this Sunday at the venue where it all began.
The Big York Racecourse Wedding Show has gone from strength to strength since that inaugural event in October 2014 and is now widely regarded as Yorkshire’s most popular one-day wedding exhibition.

The Milner York is an iconic North Yorkshire venue situated just a stone’s throw away from the city’s train station.
The hotel, which was known as Principal York until recently, offers stunning Victorian architecture, three acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, and views out to the York Minster.

The UK Wedding Event is heading back to the Centenary Pavilion for our Big Leeds Wedding Show on Sunday 21st September 2025.
The venue, located across the road from Leeds United’s Elland Road, is an amazing purpose built event and conference space with a starlit ceiling that is certain to wow every visitor who passes through the door.
Once inside the Centenary Pavilion, couples will be treated to the best the wedding industry has to offer with 90 exhibitors taking part in this unmissable show.
Two fabulous catwalks will give you plenty of food for thought as you plan your own big day with a number of leading bridal and menswear retailers showcasing their ranges.
The show itself is set to start at 11am ahead of a 3pm finish.
