Whether you are a wedding supplier or an engaged couple, we are certain you won’t fail to be impressed by the captivating surroundings at The Sun Pavilion in Harrogate’s beautiful Valley Gardens.
Our wedding fayres in this Grade II listed building are always extremely popular and it is hardly surprising given the beauty of the venue.
If you are interested in exhibiting, we would strongly advise you book early to avoid disappointment as space is very limited and in high demand.
Around 25 handpicked suppliers will be on hand at each show to help organise the perfect wedding day, with only a set number of suppliers from any one category permitted to join us.
As with all of our events, a substantial marketing campaign is undertaken in advance of the show to raise awareness through a combination of advertising methods to attract the biggest footfall possible.
It couldn’t be easier to reserve a stand for The Sun Pavilion, just simply fill out our online self-calculating booking form or feel free to contact us to request more information.
We don’t charge an admission fee to visitors looking to attend our wedding fayres at this picturesque venue, but we do encourage them to pre-book for tickets for fast0track entry and the benefit of automatic inclusion in our free prize draws.
Brides-to-be attending will receive a free Tote bag and copies of some of the latest wedding magazines offering tips and ideas to further inspire and guide your wedding plans.
Our next wedding fayre at The Sun Pavilion is planned for April 2021 subject to the latest restrictions in place in the ongoing fight against Covid-19.

If you are part of an engaged couple or have friends and family getting married, you are most welcome to join us at our wedding fayres at The Sun Pavilion.
Admission is free on the day of the event, but all visitors are encouraged to pre-book tickets for fast track entry and also for automatic inclusion in our prize draws.
Every possible step in taking planning our shows to create a diverse line-up to give brides and grooms plenty of choice, while the venue's wedding coordinator will be hand to discuss availability and price if you are interested in having your big day at this beautiful venue.

Built in the 1930s and restored to its original splendour in 1998, this fairy-tale building occupies a tranquil corner of Harrogate’s historic Grade II listed Valley Gardens.
With private terraces hidden away amongst ancient trees and lush greenery, The Sun Pavilion Harrogate offers a one of a kind experience in which to raise a glass.
