The UK Wedding Event are proud partners of Hilton York Hotel, having organised a number of wedding fayres at their venue in the heart of York City Centre.
Over 25 wedding suppliers were in attendance at our last show here helping to shape engaged couples big day wherever that may be.
We always assemble a diverse array of exhibitors to provide plenty of choice to visitors without overlooking any one category.
A sparkling reception including canopies is offered on arrival to guests, with all brides-to-be receiving a free Tote gift bag too along with a section of leading wedding magazines.
The hotel only has limited parking on site, but a large outdoor car park behind Clifford’s Tower is only a stone’s throw away so why not tie in a visit to our show with a day out in York.

If you are part of an engaged couple or have friends and family getting married, you are most welcome to join us at our wedding fayres at Hilton York Hotel.
Admission is free on the day of the event, but all visitors are encouraged to pre-book tickets for fast track admission and also for automatic inclusion in our prize draws.
Every possible step in taking planning our shows to create a diverse line-up to give brides and grooms plenty of choice, while the venue's wedding coordinator will be hand to discuss availability and price if you are interested in having your big day at Hilton York.

Celebrate your dream wedding at Hilton York Hotel.
Set in the heart of the charming historic city of York, this contemporary venue is the ideal setting for your special wedding day catering for between 10 and 200 guests in its versatile space.
The hotel’s City of York Suite has a private conservatory bar area with an adjoining terrace outside which is idea for a drinks and canapé reception. The bar offers a bright and airy setting for guests to relax and socialise.
There is a range of flexible wedding packages available for you to choose from, each carefully designed with weddings in mind. A complimentary menu tasting session is included in our wedding packages.
For couples still seeking a venue, the Hilton York Hotel could be the perfect setting for you, with space available to accommodate 120 guests for traditional weddings or civil ceremonies.
For the evening reception, the hotel can be comfortably setup to entertain 180 guests in the City of York Suite.
