The Big Headingley Stadium Wedding Show

The UK Wedding Event is coming to Headingley Stadium for the first time on Sunday 17th July 2022.

Please note the show was originally planned for May 2022 but we have had to change the date due to a clash with the Leeds half marathon.

This huge West Yorkshire wedding show is scheduled to start at 11am featuring around 60 exhibitors and two top catwalk shows.

If you opt to wait until the day, all tickets ordered in person will be priced at £5 each.

Children are admitted free of charge if accompanied by an adult.

A sponsor has also now made 100 tickets available free of charge for the time slot between 12pm -1.30pm, so hurry and book if you want to take advantage of this special offer.

The UK Wedding Event is heading back to Leeds for our Big West Yorkshire Wedding Show at the Royal Armouries’ New Dock on Sunday 20th November 2022.

The venue is an amazing purpose built event and conference space with starlit walls and ceiling that is certain to wow every visitor who passes through the door.

Once inside New Dock Hall, couples will be treated to the best the wedding industry has to offer with over 90 exhibitors taking part in this unmissable show.

Two fabulous catwalks will give you plenty of food for thought as you plan your own big day with a number of leading bridal and menswear retailers showcasing their ranges.

The show itself is set to start at 11am ahead of a 3.30pm finish.

Planning your wedding is all about creating the perfect day and you can do that by choosing the four star Clarion Cedar Court Hotel at Bradford.

The venue’s superb facilities can cater for the most intimate of gatherings to the grandest of celebrations.

On Sunday 27th February 2022, the hotel is the setting for another of our wedding fayre bringing together the best of Yorkshire’s wedding suppliers to help you create a day to remember.

We have 30 top wedding suppliers attending the show including one bridal retailer who is selling wedding dresses on the day for a fraction of their normal price.

Visitors will also be able to pick up tickets to gain free admission to The UK Wedding Event’s big show at York Racecourse Wedding Show on Sunday 13th March.

The Cedar Suite is the hotel’s largest function space, with a capacity of up to 500 guests and this is where the bulk of our exhibitors will be situated during the show.

For Weddings, this suite also has the added bonus of having it’s own separate private reception and bar area.

If you are engaged to be married, then York Marriott Hotel is the place to be on Sunday 19th September as the venue provides the setting for one of York’s most popular free wedding fayres.

Over 30 top wedding suppliers will be in attendance to help you plan your special day.

The event starts at 11.30am with visitors invited to chat to all of our vendors and the hotel’s staff until 2.30pm.

York Marriott is a beautiful setting for both Civil Ceremonies and Wedding Receptions with landscaped gardens overlooking York Racecourse providing a magnificent backdrop for your photographs.

If you are only just beginning your wedding planning and have never been to a wedding fayre, then this show would definitely be a good place to start.

It’s a common misconception, that visitors to the event must want to get married at the venue in order to attend, but that simply isn’t the case at all.

Everyone of our suppliers exhibiting at York Marriott will be only to happy to part of your big day wherever you are tieing the knot.

Admission to the show is free of charge but we do ask all visitors to pre-book e-tickets to assist with track and trace obligations and to facilitate quicker entry.
