Roadmap Paves The Way For Show Return

Show Plans for 2021 Revealed

Press Release

Wedding RoadmapMaking and then breaking plans has been a running theme of the last 12 months as the world grapples with the challenges caused by the pandemic.

In truth the wedding industry has been at a virtual standstill during this whole time as a result of the restrictions and lockdowns.

The brakes for our business were effectively turned on as we were building towards our big York Racecourse last March.

However, the government’s recent unveiling of the four stage roadmap and the success of the vaccination programme is now offering hope of a return to normality or at least a new version of it!

If everything goes to plan, all restrictions are set to be lifted by June 21st, while in practical terms for our ability to stage a wedding fayre, May 17th is the target date we have our sights firmly fixed on.

Taking into account all of these factors, we have tentatively started drafting a schedule to deliver our wedding shows again.

Further dates to those listed below will be added in due course as we look to kick-start the process of helping couples to plan for their big day.

The UK Wedding Event is always interested in hearing from potential new show partners, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if our business can help yours in the coming months.

All existing bookings can be transferred over to any of the new dates.
